  CREATE A FAMILY | EVERY BUSINESS HAS ITS OWN DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY. Create yours by talking about the tough conversations. Ex. Making mistakes are okay! 
  GET GRATEFUL EMPLOYEES. The #1 reason employees are grateful is because they enjoy working with great people. Outline expectations, praise good behavior, and hold them accountable. 
  SCREEN FOR THE APPRECIATION GENE. Keep your interviews as conversational as possible, asking the simple question “Tell me about a job/opportunity you had that you truly appreciated.”
