Spousal communication in an entrepreneurial marriage can feel like an uphill battle. That’s why we invited founder of the Harp Family Institute to join Discovery to share best practices for entrepreneurial relationships.

Mine, Yours, & Ours. It's important for each partner to have individual goals, as well as shared goals with your spouse. Don’t forget to share those individual goals with your spouse as well.

The sandwich technique. If you have a criticism for your spouse, try the ‘sandwich technique’ by sharing it with them between two compliments.
