Mine, Yours, & Ours. It's important for each partner to have individual goals, as well as shared goals with your spouse. Don’t forget to share those individual goals with your spouse as well.

The sandwich technique. If you have a criticism for your spouse, try the ‘sandwich technique’ by sharing it with them between two compliments.
