GERBER, LLC HIRING NEW CLIENT ADVISORY TEAM MEMBER

Gerber, LLC is in need of a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced individual to enhance our client advisory team. We are looking for a multi-talented, hard-working team member who doesn’t take life too seriously but does take the bull by the horns.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
 
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely-fashion, adhering to deadlines 
  • Takes comfort in predictability and (dare I say?) enjoyment in routine tasks
  • Willingness to work and play well with others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills 
  • Extremely organized and data-driven 
  • Go-getter who isn’t afraid of communicating + following up with clients to receive necessary data points 
  • A penchant for paying attention to all the details
  • Strong proficiency in the use of technology and PC applications (Microsoft)
  • Possesses the patience, endurance and commitment to plow through paperwork and the light-heartedness to crack a joke at passing team members
  • Have your Series 7 Securities license? While not required to apply for this position, it will score you extra brownie points. (Licensure and trading ability will be required and can be obtained after hiring)

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US.
 
  • Be the yin to our financial advisors’ yang by handling the day-to-day administrative and research tasks essential to creating an extraordinary client experience
  • Creation and administration of client accounts including trading. Be a client services rock star who knocks the socks off our client’s expectations.
  • Understand and prepare a multitude of forms, including execution of the perfectly-placed ‘Sign Here’ stickie
  • Assemble, maintain, and update client records with a goal of ultimately enhancing the Gerber client experience 
  • Assist our advisors in gathering needed information through data extraction and client communications 
  • Isn’t afraid to handle the “dirty work”- collecting, categorizing and conserving client data as well as constructing analytics reports 
  • Gather + manage data both from internal and external sources- including communicating directly with clients to compile and prepare annual reports for our advisory team 
  • Assist in special client-service and administrative projects based on the needs of the advisory team
  • Have a genuine interest in helping others
