Position Overview
Our Client Advisors are responsible for leading and managing the overall private client experience. They use his/her divergent thinking skills to provide innovative solutions and insightful recommendations for our entrepreneurial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business, financial planning + year-end tax review meetings
- Work with clients on a daily basis to provide guidance on a variety of strategic topics – essentially connecting the dots between personal goals and business planning
- Support new business efforts by meeting with prospects + delivering content and advice through the onboarding process
- Work hand-in-hand + act as a resource with our Paraplanners + Client Solutions Specialists
- Meet/exceed our Net Promoter Score target + meet client retention goal

Preferred Knowledge + Skills + Abilities
- 10+ years of wealth management experience
- Experience providing advice to entrepreneurial business owners is a plus
- Aptitude for learning new concepts/ideas/programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively + concisely
- Ability to synthesize all business + personal information into actionable recommendations
- Prior experience working successfully in a cross-functional environment
- Track record of doing what it takes to get the job done
