Position Overview

Our Office Coordinator serves a key administrative support role to our entire Gerber Team!  This position supports our clients and internal team members with transactional or administrative needs – everything from getting the mail to organizing key information. Our Office Coordinator will enter data, help with events, answer the phone, greet clients, run errands and more.

This role provides accurate and timely support of tasks and special projects through regular follow-up and follow-through, every single time.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports Team Members: Provides administrative support to all team members related to routine office tasks + special projects
  • Interacts With Clients: Greets our clients + guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • General Office Support: Opens our office ensuring we are set up for the day; maintains appropriate levels of supplies; completes routine data entry tasks

Preferred Knowledge + Skills + Abilities
  • Prior administrative support experience is a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively + concisely
  • Proven track record of punctuality + dependability
